By design, our goal is to remain a small team. In the past (AKA, T2), Rumble always had the ability to 'suck the air from the room'... meaning snag up all of the players. In a game that was declining (forever it seemed) it could be a problem.

Furthermore, there are a few model that teams can use... such as the small and practiced, or the larger and less or no practiced, or anything in between. This was simply our choice for ourselves. And it holds various consequences.

One is that if we stay small, it may encourage other to build other teams. This is a goal of ours. We truly want other teams to form, and we REALLY want to see other teams formed from known T2 players.

So in time you will see us practicing team skills on our own practice server before joining the main server on game days. Some of you have seen this in the T2 days. Clearly there is much more to this then, of-course. It also affects how we hold ourselves, requires a 'contract' so players know how we operate and agree, and so on. More about this in another post.

But another thing we have chosen to do is to offer to let other teams use our Practice server for their own teams, including in locked down mode. More about this will be revealed in other boards too.

Along those lines, in almost any case, just ask us and we will give you a free website and a free private forum application, like this one. Based on that, we hope, and ask, that as many teams as possible, who opt to build there own teams, using our resources, try to agree to use our forums and downloads. This is simply for the reason that we all try to keep as much "talk" in one place as we can. But we will also take suggestions for modifying our forums to better suit you needs as well.

So to wrap up this post, UnrealRumble is committed to helping to build as many teams as we can, to contribute to holding many scrims. Feel free to Private N00B or VSF for more information.

nah, the original was older... we've loosened up some... case by case.

Allow me to restate this answer...

Yes, we are recruiting, on a case by case basis. We are, of course, looking for dedicated members who will read,understand and follow our guidlines, yet not take then so seriously as to be concearned byt them. We simply know what we want in the type of player we will accept, and have stated it.

FACE from Sap server 2 is interested in joining Rumble. I have played here some but mostly against only 1 or 2 people at a time. I haven't seen big games here so I don't know how I will fare but im skilled. Im currently ranked 4th on the SAP server but i'm probably like 6th or 7th truley. I've played with Bilo and Jeff mostly on SAP server ive seen Noob and 1 or 2 others but I can't remember their names. I run and defend well and am skilled with all weapons and vehicles. I'll PM somebody incase no one checks this board aswell. Are you guys upstart looking to expand? Do you play scrimmages? Give me some info about when you are going to be playing say holding practice or whatever I can come over and play with you. But I can mostly be found on the SAP server we have alot of players so you can get good games going. I used to be NFA which is SAP's brother clan. I try to be fair and have good game Etiquette. I hold 1v1 victories over NFA GrayGhost, NFA Geo, NFA Popeye, SAP DJ, Gungnir, and a drunk SAP Something , to name a few great players on the server. So just message me so I can start playing with you guys more often.

Well as the News above say we hold Hold practices on Thursdays and Saturdays  
On Thursdays We hold Practice from 8:30pm EST to 9:30Pm EST
On Saturdays It starts at 3:00Pm East
If you want to Join These are the Best times you can play against Us because you can be noticed by how you play and act, by the whole clan.
A couple of us (mainly me) Can't usually make it on the weekends so we play on the Thursday nights, you don't have to play at those times, but it would be a plus if we saw you at the practices.

Good! The Thursday night games have 'taken off" better than I would have expected, so they are likely the best to attend. Jumping on TeamSpeak and conversing with players like BadJeff, Bill0237, Odyssey and N00b are the best ways to get known. This Saturday is likely the last 'main' Saturday, then is likely to fizzle some so Thirsday nights, primarily 8:30 PM to 9:30 pm when the most players should be online, but it's l;ike a rolling night as long as player are there... 8.30 to 9.30 pm EST is just a suggestion. We are looking forwast to seeing you.

Hey,BADJEFF let me know about this site over on the WAR site.Im a T2 vet was in the old rumble clan before T2 servers went down,was also in Legends,DSB (Dirty South Boys).I have a server up on the Tribes Next Servers its a WAR2003 server its running everyday and I have have up 75 players on it.Anyway Jeff Ive looked at the team speak server list & I couldnt find Rumble on there...also how do you log into them is there another place to create your players name?
